Follow-up Procedures and Important Notes for Quotation Sheets

🔸 關於估價單（又稱概估單）

本公司針對業主提出之初步需求，提供線上報價（如手寫、電話或LINE訊息形式）。
凡尚未安排主任或師傅至現場勘查之案件，皆統稱為估價單，僅供參考，非最終報價依據。

估價單之有效評估期限依總金額區間而定，一般為15至30日內有效；如逾期未確認，將自動視為無效報價並結案。
期間內，我們將提供2至3次線上諮詢，協助釐清需求與施工方向；若無委任意願或不安排場勘，也可直接告知，我方將即時結案不再打擾。

若有意安排現場勘查，可至預約行程表查看可預約時段，如為急件需求，亦可另行協調彈性安排。
場勘後，由主任說明可報價周期，並依現場狀況開立最終估價單，經業主確認後，方可轉為正式電子報價單，並安排簽約流程。

電子報價單有效期限為7日；若未於期限內確認，將視為無效報價並自動結案。

※ 所有報價金額皆為未稅價格，如需發票，請於報價時另行告知。

🔸 About the Quotation Sheet (Preliminary Estimate)

Our company provides preliminary quotations based on the client's initial request, delivered via handwritten note, phone call, or LINE message.
If no site visit by our supervisor or technician has been conducted, the document is referred to as a Quotation Sheet (Preliminary Estimate) and is for reference only.

The validity period of each quotation depends on the total estimated cost and typically ranges from 15 to 30 days.
If the client does not confirm within the validity period, the quotation will be considered void and closed.
During this period, we will provide 2–3 online consultation updates to assist with project clarification. If the client does not intend to proceed or schedule a site visit, kindly inform us to close the case promptly.

For clients interested in a site inspection, please refer to the booking schedule to view available time slots. For urgent cases, time slots can be adjusted flexibly.
After the site visit, our supervisor will inform the client of the expected quotation cycle and provide the final quotation sheet. Upon client confirmation, we will issue an official e-quotation and proceed to schedule the signing.

The official e-quotation is valid for 7 days. Failure to confirm within this period will result in the quotation being voided and closed.
