Company Warranty Card Information

保固範圍
保固僅限於涉及功能性與安全性之工項,例如防水工程、水電管線、五金設備等。
外觀類工項(如磁磚美觀、色差、造型收邊等)屬於竣工時之現況驗收項目,完工後恕不納入保固範圍。-
保固處理原則
如需申請保固,業主須提供完整問題說明、照片或影片資料,供我司初步研判。
是否進行現場勘查或線上協助,將由本公司判斷安排,業主不得自行要求強制現勘。 -
免費服務條件
若屬我司明確責任疏失,則包含勘查、修繕與復原等處理流程,皆列入免費保固服務範圍。 -
非保固情況及費用說明
若問題疑似因人為因素、天災或外力破壞所致,將酌收車馬費新台幣500元整,並由現場人員進行狀況評估與報價。

Warranty Coverage
The warranty applies only to functional and safety-related work, such as waterproofing, electrical systems, and hardware installations.
Aesthetic or appearance-related work (e.g., tile alignment, color variation, edge finishing) is subject to completion-time acceptance and is not covered under the warranty once the project is completed. -
Warranty Request Procedure
Clients must provide clear documentation of the issue, such as written descriptions, photos, or videos, to allow initial assessment.
Whether the issue is addressed online or via on-site inspection will be determined solely by our company.
Clients may not request or demand a site visit unilaterally. -
Free Service Conditions
If the issue is determined to be caused by a clear error or fault on our part, the inspection, repair, and restoration will be fully covered under the warranty at no additional cost. -
Non-Warranty Situations and Fees
If the issue appears to be caused by external factors such as human error, natural disasters, or physical damage, a NT$500 transportation fee will be charged.
A technician will conduct an on-site evaluation and provide a separate repair quotation if necessary.
